The SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2009 starts in Nuremberg on the 24th November. Hirschmann Electronic Control Systems (ECS) will offer solutions from their vast product range of mobile controls and sensors during the international exhibition for electric automation technology.

Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH has appointed another General Manager effective from beginning of November: Johannes Pfeffer is responsible for the business unit ECS as well as for its Sales and Marketing departments. Control unlimited talked to him in an interview about strategic goals and overcoming the crisis.

The business area lattice boom crawler cranes by SANY, China, has enjoyed tremendous growth for years. Load moment indication systems from Hirschmann ECS are used in the machines of this ambitious manufacturer.
