Hirschmann Automation and Control introduces its new absolute value sensor, gSENS DWG 20

The compact single turn sensor with CANopen interface is conceived in particular for operations for all vehicles with a revolving superstructure.

By means of this high resolution optical absolute value sensor in a compact aluminium casing, which meets the demands of protection standard IP 67, mechanical angle positions can be translated into digital signals and transferred to a control system by means of the CANopen interface.
